Welcome to MEDIAKNOWALL, a starting point for internet research for Media Studies students. You will find a mixture of basic notes and links to other, relevant sites.

This has been designed specifically to help those following the WJEC GCSE, AS and A-level syllabus, but you may find useful information here whatever course or level you are studying. A general introduction to Media Studies can be found in the KS3 section. If you need any other information, try the search page. And don't forget those textbooks.

I have quit teaching and am now based in Los Angeles. Therefore I will not be adding to this site anytime soon - unless, of course, someone would like to pay me to do so! Look out for major amendments to the Horror section, however, which you'll now find at a separate site Horror Film History. Enjoy.
